2. What the website offers
The website provides information about Dokimos and its author, free of charge and without registration. The only service supplied electronically is showing you these pages. Using it needs a device connected to the internet and an up-to-date web browser; JavaScript is optional.
You accept these terms by using the website. If you do not agree with them, please do not use it.
3. Information only
- Dokimos is in development. Features marked In development or In preparation are not available yet, and plans may change.
- Nothing on the website is an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code, a promise of availability, price or delivery date, or a contract. Any product use is agreed separately and in writing.
- The content is general information. It is not legal, compliance or security advice, and it does not replace an audit or a qualified adviser.
- A gate verdict shown on the website is a decision about recorded criteria, not proof that a product is secure and not a certification.
- Product screens and examples use fictional demo data.
- Compliance Pulse items summarise public sources and link to them. The official texts prevail; check them before relying on a summary.
4. Acceptable use
You may browse the website, link to it and quote it briefly with attribution. You may not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access, bypass security controls or interfere with the website's operation;
- run load tests, vulnerability scans or other intrusive testing against it;
- copy the website, or a substantial part of it, by automated means;
- use the website in a way that breaks the law or the rights of others.
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it privately to eugene.fateev@cybertwierdza.com and give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosing it.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, illustrations, screenshots, the Dokimos name and the Dokimos mark are the operator's, unless stated otherwise, and are protected by copyright and related law. Using them beyond what these terms or the law permit requires written permission. The fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License; their licence files are published with them.
6. Availability and liability
The website is provided as it is. We take care that the content is accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, error-free or always available, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.
To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for loss resulting from use of the website or from reliance on its content. This does not limit liability for damage caused intentionally, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumers' mandatory rights.
7. Links to other websites
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of personal data.
8. Complaints
You can report a problem with the website by email to eugene.fateev@cybertwierdza.com. Please describe the problem and how to reach you. We answer within 14 days.
9. Personal data
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy notice.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when the website or the law changes. The current version is always published on this page with its date; changes apply from publication and do not affect use before then.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes with businesses are settled by the common court with jurisdiction over the operator's registered address. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring a claim before the courts that have jurisdiction under the law.
