Privacy notice
How dokimos.me handles personal data. The short version: no cookies of our own, no analytics, no tracking, and the fonts are served from this site.
1. Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:
- Operator
- Yauheni Fatseyeu, trading as CyberTwierdza
- Address
- ul. Zwycięska 34/09, 53-033 Wrocław, Poland
- NIP
- 8992961823
- REGON
- 525430501
- Privacy contact
- privacy@cybertwierdza.com
We have not appointed a data protection officer, as the law does not require one for this processing. Write to the address above with any question about your data.
2. What this notice covers
This notice covers the website dokimos.me and the email conversations that start from it. It does not cover the Dokimos product itself: customers who use the product receive separate terms and a data processing agreement.
3. Visiting the website
The site is a set of static pages hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver a page and protect the site against attacks, Cloudflare necessarily processes technical data about each request: your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, your browser's user agent and the referring page.
- Purpose: delivering the website, keeping it available and secure.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: we keep no access logs of our own. Cloudflare keeps operational and security logs for a limited time under its own retention rules.
The site uses no analytics, advertising, social media plugins or other tracking tools. The fonts are stored on this site, so your browser does not contact Google or any other font service.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
The site does not set cookies of its own and does not store anything in your browser. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie (for example __cf_bm) when it needs to tell people from automated traffic. Such cookies are exempt from consent because the site cannot be delivered securely without them, so you will not see a cookie banner here.
5. When you email us
The site has no forms. When you write to us, for example to ask for early access, to hear when Compliance Pulse is live, or with a question, we process your email address, your name if you give it, the content of your message and our correspondence.
- Purpose: answering your message and, if you ask for it, keeping you informed about Dokimos or Compliance Pulse.
- Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where you ask to be told when something goes live, we rely on that request, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Retention: up to two years after our last exchange. If you ask to be told when something goes live, until that message is sent or until you tell us to stop, whichever comes first. If a contract follows, the data needed for it is kept as long as accounting and tax law require.
Writing to us is voluntary. Without an email address we cannot reply.
6. Who receives the data
We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing. It is processed on our behalf by these service providers, bound by data processing terms:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States, with EU operations): website hosting, security, and routing of email sent to cybertwierdza.com.
- Google (Gmail): the mailbox where our email is received and stored.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, for example to a court or a public authority.
7. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Cloudflare and Google may process data in the United States. Both take part in the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission has found to provide an adequate level of protection (Art. 45 GDPR); their data processing terms also include the Commission's standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards at the address above.
8. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy of it;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased, and have its processing restricted, in the cases set out in the GDPR;
- object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interest, on grounds relating to your particular situation;
- receive data you gave us in a portable format, where processing is based on a contract or steps before one;
- withdraw a request to be kept informed at any time, without affecting what we did before.
Write to privacy@cybertwierdza.com. We answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Poland that is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl.
9. Automated decisions
We make no decisions about you based solely on automated processing, and we do not profile visitors.
10. Links to other websites
The site links to other websites, such as cybertwierdza.com and LinkedIn. Once you follow a link, the other site's own privacy notice applies.
11. Changes to this notice
When the way we handle data changes, we update this page and the date at the top. Questions about it are welcome at privacy@cybertwierdza.com.
